2021 Summer Reading List- Entering 7th

The purpose of the Eagle’s View Academy summer reading program is to encourage students to read and appreciate classic and contemporary literary works. Please note that the requirements for titles and number of books vary from grade to grade and class to class. All the books are available in limited quantities from the Jacksonville Public Library and local bookstores. Online retailers offer the cheapest availability, but the order should be placed soon to allow time for students to read.

Students should read the book listed below, complete the attached book report by Friday, August 13th, and turn it in to their Language teacher. Parents, please encourage your students to read each day rather than waiting till the end of the summer. Book reports must be on the book – not the film is there is one! Please note that any student who registers after July 31st will have a different date of evaluation.

All students going into 7th grade must read The Golden Goblet by Eloise Jarvis McGraw and complete the attached book report.
