What I Wish I Would Have Known” Aaron Sutton, MiLB Manager, Minnesota Twins * Previously spent last 4 years as head coach at Montana State University Billings * Guided the Yellowjackets to league’s regular and postseason titles earning 2019 GNAC Coach of the Year honors * Also former head coach at Treasure Valley Community College

2:00-2:50pm “On the Run Plays” Kai Correa, Bench Coach, San Francisco Giants * Previously with the Cleveland Indians organization serving as the infield coach and defensive coordinator * Started coaching at University of Puget Sound then moved to the University of Northern Colorado * Played college baseball as an infielder at University of Puget Sound

2:50-3:40pm “Developing Better Pitchers Through High-Level Catch Play” Justin Barber, Pitching Coach, Taylor University * 3rd year as pitching coach and recruiting coordinator * Helped 8 years with the Indiana Chargers * Served 2 years as varsity coach at Lincoln High and instructor at Great Lakes Baseball Academy * Pitched for Spring Arbor University

3:40-4:30pm “The 1 Thought System: How The Best Go One Pitch At A Time” Tyler Pazik, CEO, Pazik Performance Group * Help coaches and athletes to experience greater success in their competitive environment * Assist elite professionals, college-aged students and athletes, top business people and organizations with the end goals of improving systems and boosting performance

4:30-5:20 “Leadership, Ethics, Process” Mitch Canham, Head Coach Oregon State University * Entering 2nd year as head coach at OSU * Served three and a half seasons as a manager in Seattle Mariners’ organization * As a player, 2007 all-American with three trips to Omaha and 2 National Championships in 2006 and 2007 * Selected in first round by San Diego Padres
