Uber¨ diesen Kurs

Wir werden uns mit philosophischen Fragestellungen beschaftigen,¨ die sich zu den Sozialwissenschaften ergeben. Mogliche¨ Themen sind die Ontologie von Gruppen, die Aggregation von Meinungen und Praferenzen,¨ Kausalitat,¨ Erklarungen¨ und Modellierungen. Dieser Kurs wird sich auch auf englischsprachige Literatur stutzen,¨ zum Beispiel auf Schriften von Julian Reiss, Alexander Rosenberg und Hans Bernhard Schmid.

Scheine

Eine LSF Registrierung fur¨ Scheine ist notwending in der Zeit vom 18.01. - 29.01. 2021. Fur¨ die Vergabe eines Scheines ist eine Hausarbeit zu schreiben. Das Aufﬁnden eines Themas ist Teil der studentischen Leistung. Rucksprache¨ mit mir ist hierfur¨ sinnvoll.

Abgabe der Hausarbeiten bis spatestens:¨ Donnerstag 15.04.2021 um 23:59 Uhr.

1 Keine Literatur = Keine Punkte = DURCHGEFALLEN. Wer plagiert, fallt¨ durch. Hausarbeiten sollten ungefahr¨ 10 Seiten lang sein (20.000 Zeichen), klar struk- turiert, eine eigenstandige¨ philosophische These bearbeiten und sich auf aktuelle und relevante Literatur stutzen.¨ Abgabe der Hausarbeit nur per eMail an mich im pdf-Format. Eine Hausarbeit gilt erst dann als abgegeben, wenn ich den Eingang per eMail bestatigt¨ habe. Erste Hilfe zur Hausarbeit: Harvard Writing Guide.

Bewertung von Hausarbeiten Jede Hausarbeit hat eine eigenstandige¨ philosophische These zu vertreten, diese durch eine eigene Argumentation zu untermauern und sich dabei auf philosophische Literartur zu stutzen.¨ Herausragende Arbeiten bearbeiten ein relevantes und wichtiges Problem, arbeiten die Bedutung des Problems heraus, machen die Argumentationstruktur transparent, evaluieren prasentierte¨ Argumente tiefgrundig,¨ stutzen¨ sich auf ein- schlagige¨ philosophische Literatur und geben diese sinngemaß¨ wieder, ziehen anegmeßene Schlussfolgerung und sind sprachlich auf hohem Niveau. Zeitungsartikel, Wikipedia und ahnliche¨ Quellen konnen¨ zur Demonstration der Relevanz des Problems herangezogen werden. Es handelt sich hierbei aber NICHT um philosophische Literatur.
