Memoria 2013 Presidencia
MEMORIA 2013 Ejercicio Económico N 53 iniciado el 1 de Enero de 2013, finalizado el 31 de Diciembre del 2013. PRESIDENCIA En nombre del Consejo Directivo y de acuerdo a lo previsto en los Estatutos Sociales, presentamos la Memoria y Balance del Ejercicio finalizado el 31 de Diciembre del 2013. En el 2013 inicia su ejercicio nuestra Institución, la Unión Argentina de Rugby, consolidando aspectos administrativos-institucionales y haciendo frente a las diversas exigencias de metas deportivas trazadas. La nueva sede de la Institución, fruto de una fuerte inversión en su compra y puesta en condiciones, dota a la UAR de un moderno espacio de contención de todas sus actividades. Acompañar el desarrollo inmobiliario con estructuras de administración y gestión cotidiana fueron vértice de las actividades dirigenciales, que luego de distintas y acabadas gestiones y con la ayuda de profesionales en la materia, resuelve y sanciona su organigrama, redefine sus áreas y jerarquiza contable y profesionalmente el personal en relación de dependencia. Paralelamente se avanzó en la redefinición de las áreas técnicas profesionales que antes se expresaban en una área de Alto Rendimiento y otra relacionada al Rugby de Desarrollo la que fue redimensionada, para confluir en una Gerencia de Rugby con distintos departamentos que la componen y administran reportando al igual que las otras gerencias a la Mesa Directiva.
