While the wait list at Hermès is long and hard to attain, every once in awhile a Birkin is passed forward to make a lucky lady’s dream come true. This black “Epsom” leather Birkin is comprised of the company’s most durable leather, finely hand-stamped in a grained texture. This piece has silver palladium hardware for a clean finish. The signature belted turn-key clasp opens to reveal an expertly finished interior, with a single open pocket along the front side, and a zipper pocket along the back. Complete with original box, dust bag, rain cover, and lock and keys.

Floral meets fierce animals in this vibrant patchwork silk scarf. Each panel has its own unique color and patterns that will keep your eyes entertained. The third panel features an orange background with a wildflower pattern. Last, but not to be forgotten is the pink backdrop with a row of growling tigers staring straight back at you. Our gemologist was quoted as saying “Wow, you never see Tahitian pearls this large, these are spectacular!” When a professional who works with fine jewelry everyday is impressed, then you know you have something special. These earrings feature a 15.5 mm black Tahitian pearl that has a dark gray with peacock overtone color and a medium to high luster. This pearl rest below an 18k white gold cap that attaches it to the post stud. Pearl will drop at just under 1″ for a short yet bold statement.

This white and royal blue based silk scarf is one big celebration of winter! Designed by Joachim Metz in 1993, this is a full scene of Victorian era men and women enjoying a day of ice skating on a frozen pond. All types of skaters are depicted here; a cute couple hand in hand, ice dancers showing off their skills, a not so talented man falling on the ice, and even a fancy wheelchair style swan shaped cart on blades so everyone cam participate. The center features two youthful ladies about ready to skate framed in an octagon of fir tree branches and snowflakes mixed with elaborate gold edges.

Travel to ancient Greece in this large fine knit cashmere silk shawl. Designed by Julia Adabie in 1994 this shawl has the traditional colors that Hermès collectors are looking for, red, blue, and gold. The title loosely translates to a Jewelry Trade Show in the Greek language. You can see from all the gold medallion jewelry that this certainly celebrates the artisan culture of Ancient Greece. A large Medusa head is centered in this design with loads of jewel encrusted medallion style necklaces framing the whole piece. Edge of shawl is outlined in a solid red border.

We now travel to ancient Greece in this next fine knit cashmere silk shawl. Designed by Julia Adabie in 1994 this shawl has the traditional colors that Hermès collectors are looking for, red, blue, and gold. The title loosely translates to a Jewelry Trade Show in the Greek language. You can see from all the gold medallion jewelry that this certainly celebrates the artisan culture of Ancient Greece. A large Medusa head is centered in this design with loads of jewel encrusted medallion style necklaces framing the whole piece. Edge of shawl is outlined in a solid red border.

Our last destination on our tour of the Hermès world takes us to the lively city of Venice, Italy. This city is known as being one of the original epicenters of the theater, so this shawl depicts a variety of actors and masks that will help you create your own character. Between each theater motif you can see water to depict the famous canals that run throughout the city. Mainly blue and red with pops of yellow and green, this shawl is a vibrant statement for the arts.

We always say fashion trends come full circle and the evolution of the fanny pack to belt bag is one perfect example. This black epi leather pouch was originally designed in 1991 when fanny packs were all the rage, but is equally usable today, when the practicality of a hands free bag has come back into major fashion. We might call them belt bags today, but they symbolize the fact that easy to use pieces will always have their rightful place in this world. Flap front has a snap button clasp that opens to a leather lined compartment that has no other organizing pockets. Belt loops in back measure 1 1/4″ wide, so can only be used with your thin to medium width belts.
