If there are 20 or more horses entered, the class will be split by every other back number into two back to back sections. The top five unranked horses from each section will return on a different day to compete for the Region 5 Championship. The sections will be posted by 9 PM the night before the class. If classes are not worked as sections, the Final will be held in the Final slot as in the schedule. ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES are available and appreciated. Please contact Shannon Bedell: [email protected] or 509-833-7843. AMATEUR relationship to horse owner line on the entry is important; especially when the last name is different. Please complete it if showing in AAOTR, AOTR, or JOTR classes. BREEDING/IN HAND PADDOCK: Please have your horse in the paddock area before the gate is opened for your class. An official hazer, if you want one, will be available. No hazing (with anything) is allowed on the way to the paddock. Trail classes will be running during in the outdoor sand arena and we ask everyone’s cooperation to allow all to show safely. CREDIT CARDS: A convenience fee of 3% per transaction will be applied for credit card use this year. The interactive entry form will calculate the percentage. If using a credit card, please make certain it is a valid card or the card will be treated as an NSF check and a $50 charge may apply. ENTRY FORM: The front and back (except signature lines) of the entry form are now in a writeable format. Tab through the fields and fill in the requested information on your computer, print and send as usual. Please remember to sign the back of the entry form where required before mailing. Region 5 2017 Patron Packages and Conditions

The patron’s package are in three categories: Training Barn/Farm, Corporate Patrons and Individual Patrons. Starting in 2016 all Patron stall fronts must be an active Training barn/farm. In the lower (2) barns, Patron stall fronts will include the front of the barn directly in line with up to the 15 stalls that follow behind that front. In the upper (2) barns, Patron stall fronts will include the front of the barn directly in line with up to the first 12 stalls following that front. If a Training Barn/Farm requires more stalls than those listed above then those stalls will flow into “overflow” stalls. The show management will try to locate those overflow stalls as convenient as possible to Patrons stall front and other stalls. This may be by way of permanent or portable stalls. If a Training Barn does not use all the stalls (15/12 stalls directly behind the stall front) then the show management, at its discretion will place others in those stalls. Please be advised there is no guarantee that you will get all of your stalls together if you have more than the stalls listed above for each barn locations. Also the lower barns have limited space. If you have a preference please indicated by checking upper or lower Barn below the package you choose. All Region 5 stalls will be assigned by the Region 5 stabling committee on the basis of many considerations including but not limited to past patron history, date patron form received, the number of horses, overall pattern to optimize the barns. To assure your place in the premium stalls please return this form with all required information along with your Patron payment to Region 5 by June 1, 2017.
