JAY GLAZER WELCOMES BRONCOS COACH JOHN FOX, STEELERS SAFETY RYAN CLARK & SAINTS DE WILL SMITH TO AFTER PARTY – This week’s AFTER PARTY with Jay Glazer features Broncos John Fox discussing the team’s 3-1 record under Tim Tebow , Steelers safety Ryan Clark ’s reaction to his recent $40,000 fine and Saints defensive end Will Smith on the team’s reaction to ’s return to the sideline.

Fox on Broncos 3-1 record since quarterback Tim Tebow became the starter: “You’ve got to be able to move the chains. The last couple of weeks we have been able to do that running the football and at the end of the day it still works.”

Clark responds to where he stands with the league after receiving a $40,000 fine for a helmet-to- helmet hit on Ravens tight end Ed Dickson: “I don’t care how frustrated they are with me, and that’s my honest answer for that because I just play football the way I’ve been playing. I got fined the week before against the and I said nothing about the fine. I understand they’re about player safety. I realized after seeing the film, the guy was out of bounds. I didn’t know that during the game, I was just playing. So I said I had no problem with that fine and let the process take its course. I felt like in this situation, I wasn’t wrong. And when you feel like you aren’t wrong and you try everything you can to be within the rules and you’re still fined, frustration sets in. I said those things out of frustration and if they want to fine me for saying what I want to say, then that’s up to them.”

Smith on Saints head coach Sean Payton’s return to the sideline for the first time since suffering a torn MCL and fractured tibia in Week 6: “When he’s on the sideline he makes his presence felt. He likes to yell and rant and do all that other stuff that fires guys up, so it was good having him back, but some guys would have preferred for him to stay up there.”

COWBOYS COACH JASON GARRETT WEIGHS IN ON DALLAS’ IMPROVED RUNNING GAME ON COACH SPEAK WITH BRIAN BILLICK – The week’s COACH SPEAK with NFL on FOX analyst Brian Billick features an appearance by Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett. Garrett talks about the emergence of rookie RB DeMarco Murray and the effect he’s had on the running game and Tony Romo: “It’s really important to have balance,” said Garrett. “It’s very difficult to throw the ball when they’re playing pass defense. It’s a lot easier to throw the ball when they’re playing run defense.” Garrett on how the newfound freedom caused by Murray allowed Romo to play his best game of the season last week – “He saw the field well, he was very efficient. He took the shots down the field and made the plays psychically. The guys on the other end made a lot of plays as well, but Tony threw the ball very well throughout the ball game. Then, he also checked the ball down, moved in the pocket and found some smaller plays that allowed us to move the chains.”

FOXSports.com senior writer Mark Kriegel notes a change in Pacquiao’s reluctance to follow a training regimen have caused the welterweight champion to become fatigued. “For two fights now, Pacquiao has been less than diligent in listening to his strength and conditioning coach, Alex Ariza ,” Kriegel writes. “The last two training camps have seen Pacquiao show great enthusiasm for running the hills of Los Angeles’ Griffith Park, but not for following Ariza’s advice. There are those in Pacquiao’s camp who blame the cramping and fatigue in his calves on his reluctance to abide by Ariza’s regimen.”
