Brief facts of the case are that on 03.06.2020 at about 11:30 hours the complainant along with son/missing man went to purchase vegetables in colony Market. Where the complainant’s neighbour Smt Kukka Padma approached them and started abused the complainant’s son. When the complainant asked her son about the quarrelling he told that kukka Padma is abusing him daily. After they both went to the home the kukka Padma approached Raidurgam PS and raised a complainant against them and asked them to come to PS. After a preliminary enquiry, they both went home. Later on, 04.06.2020 at about 19:30 hours, the complainant’s son left the house without information to anyone and did not return.

Facts of the case are that, on 02.06.2020 at about 1100 hours, the complainant’s son by name Bhanu Prakash S/o Srinivas, age: 20 years and his friends Vinod and kondal r/o Kharmanghat went to Yadagirigutta together. On the next day i.e 03.06.2020 at 0900 hours, Bhanu Prakash left from there by saying that going to brother-in-law house, but he did not reach neither his house nor here so far. The complainant searched for the missing man in surrounding areas and relative houses but could not trace. His mobile phone getting switched off, after searching today she came to PS and lodged a compliant. Hence the complainant requested to take necessary action. Facts of the case are that on 03.06.2020 at about 09:00 hrs the complainant went to his regular work, meanwhile the complainant made phone call to his wife Smt. Gowni Vijaya Lakshmi, age: 40 yrs, Occ: Nurse at Tulasi at Hospital, as she stated that she has second shift, after completion of duty at about 19:30 hrs the complainant reached to his home and found his wife missing, the complainant made phone call to her but phone was switched off, immediately the complainant contacted to hospital, they stated that she did not came to hospital. The complainant searched for the missing person but in vain. Further the complainant stated that her study certificates also went missing. Hence FIR.

Honoured Sir, Facts of the case are that today i.e on 04.06.2020 at 21:30hrs received a English written complaint from Ravi singh S/o.Nanda kishore, age: 32yrs, occ: Business, Ph.no.9030788945, caste :Lodha, R/o.H.no.12-1-481/3, Vadder basthi, seetarambagh, Mangalhat, Hyderabad in which he stated that he is residing in the above mentioned address in a rented house along with family, his wife by name Omika singh, age: 25yrs went to her mother’s house for staying with them for two days but today i.e., on 04-06-2020 at 09.00pm she came to home and leaved her daughter at neighbours home and went away by saying that she is going to friends house and did not return home so far , they searched all possible places but could not find her, Hence requested to take necessary action as per law.

R Dist, Ph: 9505214529. In which he stated that he is having one sister Cheera Jyothi D/o Mallaiah, age: 20 years, Occ: Nurse, BC-kuruma, R/o Manchal Village and Mandal, R. R Dist. She is working as nurse in Yousuf memorial hospital from 3 months back onwards. Earlier she worked in Pawan Sai hospital at Ibrahimpatnam for 4 months. As usually on 02.06.2020 at 09:00 hours, she went to her duties and returned at 14:00 hours and after having lunch she again she went to Yousuf memorial hospital. Every day at 21:00 hours she usually returned to house but on that day she did not returned to their house after 21:00 hours also. On that with suspicious manner his mother and wife went to said hospital but the hospital is closed at that time. His wife mamatha called to her mobile number number 9573967148 but it is switched off. On that the complainant made phone call to Dr. Younus R/o Manchal, and he told that your sister went from the hospital at 20:30 hours only . On that he searched the surrounding places and also verified in relatives houses also but their efforts are went vain. And she didn’t return back to house till now. When the time of leaving home she wears yellow color top, red color pant and red color chunni, her skin color is fair, height 5.3” and speaks in telugu language. On 04.06.2020 around 0100 hours petitioner came outside from home to pickup his villager one and he dropped him at Beeramguda and returned to home at about 0300 hours and found that his wife Smt.S.K Mahaboobi not at home and his two kids are at home. Then petitioner searched for his wife in all possible places but invain.
