Ski boots are stored and handled by trained valet staff in a designated area. Ski boots are drained on boot racks overnight in the storage room. Street are stored on the same racks while guests ski during the day. Guests hand in and receive their ski boots and shoes over a counter which separates the boot storage room and the changing area. Guests put on and take off their on benches and couches with the assistance of the valet staff if necessary.

Ski boots are stored and drained overnight on boot racks in a room equipped with boot dryers. This is a self-service system which allows Guests to enter the Boot Room area during opening hours. Guests exchange their footwear on benches and couches placed in the Boot Room or public areas. They store their street shoes on the same racks while during the day. This service can be made optional or compulsory by the hotel.
