Louise died in the summer of 2010, at the age of 70. Konrad died three years ago, at the age of 68. The Ulbrichs, who moved to Warren with their two young daughters in 1978, renovated the old Studley dairy farm on Finntown Road to raise sheep, hay and to grow blueberries.
