Many fine pictures of Keith Richards--and the Rolling Stones--from Day One. That makes this a nice addition to ones rock and roll library. However, it would have been good to have had more text.The photos, as noted, are fine. The text is quite telegraphic. Here, a few sentences on Brian Jones, Anita Pallenberg, and Keith. The story is obviously one of substance, but there is little detail provided.The description of the albums created over time (whether Keiths solos or Mick Jaggers solos, or Stones works) tends to be, again, underdone. While the photos are wonderful--and the aging of Richards is well depicted--the volume does cry out for more detail on tje music.Still, for what it is, this works pretty well.
