All sales will be completed at the Sales Desk (just inside the Church doors). Please obtain a receipt for the full amount, or the deposit paid, and arrange at the desk for collection. Please produce your receipt when collecting your purchase.

Purchasers are particularly asked, if at all possible, to leave their pictures on display until the end of the exhibition. It is appreciated that this cannot always be so, particularly where considerable distances are travelled.

We are serving tea, coffee, soft drinks and light refreshments in Dove Cottage throughout the exhibition and hope you will make full use of this facility. Other snacks and meals are available in the High Street.

Thanks to the owners of Crow’s Hall and Tawny’s Barn we have for some years been able to include two very popular Live Jazz events with Colin Bowden and other acclaimed Jazz Musicians. These are generally in June and September and some years other music events have been held in this beautiful church. In recent years we have also included a Folk Concert with a popular local singer/songwriter. This is held in the church which is a beautiful venue with added benefits of the great acoustics. We hold a couple of Quizzes which are very popular and Coffee mornings. All our events are publicised in the Parish magazine and on the village web site, please watch out for details. Thank you to all who attend we are very grateful for your continued support. Since last year's exhibition The Friends have raised £2876.81 which will be made available to St Mary’s when funds are needed for a project. In the past year we have donated £1,173 toward the completion of the PA desk.
