O R D E R Sri Fazil Khan, Hyderabad-500001 has filed a Complaint dated 27-01-2018 which was received by this Commission on 27-01-2018 for not getting the information sought by him from the PIO / O/o The Deputy Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Town Planning Section, Circle-14, Goshamahal, Hyderabad-500001. The brief facts of the case as per the Complaint and other records received along with it are that the Complainant herein filed an application dated 20-12-2017 before the PIO under Sec.6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005, requesting to furnish the information on the following points mentioned in his application annexed. TSIC The Public Information Officer has given a reply to the Complainant vide letter No. 474/RTI/TPS/C-14/CZ/GHMC/2017, dated 17-01-2018. As the Complainant was not satisfied with the reply received from the PIO, he preferred this Complaint before the Commission u/s 18(1) of the RTI Act, 2005 requesting to arrange to furnish the information sought by him. The Complaint was taken on file and notices were issued to both the parties for hearing on 29-01-2019. The case is called on 29-01-2019. The Complainant is present. The Public Information Officer is absent. The Assistant Public Information Officer / Sri K. N. Mehra, Assistant City Planner is present and the Assistant Public Information Officer Sri T. Brahmachary, Assistant Municipal Commissioner is present on behalf of the Public Information Officer. P.T.O Note: This is system generated copy and no signature is required. ::2:: The Complainant submitted that he sought certified copies of documents in respect of landed properties situated at Malakunta Goshamahal corresponding to premises no. 5-5-519 to 335 and etc., and situated in survey no. 70, 71, 72 Nampally Village like mutation and assessment register of above premises ownership documents, municipal sanctioned plan etc.,. The Assistant Public Information Officer / Assistant Municipal Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation submitted that vide letter No. 19/TC14/RTI/C14/GHMC/2018, dated 25-01-2019 extract copies were furnished. The Public Information Officer / Assistant City Planner submitted that vide letter No. 474/RTI/TPS/C-14/CZ/GHMC/2017, dated 17-01-2018 informed the complainant that the sought information could not be furnished for the reasons mentioned therein. He also submitted the information sought is more than twenty years old. The Commission observed that extract in respect of only 8 premises were furnished. The case was adjourned to 25-10-2019. The case is called on 25-10-2019. The Complainant is absent. The Public Information Officer is absent. Both the parties are absent. The Commission directs the Public Information Officer to furnish available and held the information for all the items in accordance with RTI Act 2005 to the complainant, within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. With the above direction, the complaint is closed.
