Shaik Sonu @ Monu, Age: 20 years N/o Utter Pradesh working at Bidar in a Factory. 3. Abdul Sameer@Shoaib, Age: 25 years, R/o Vattepally, Hyderabad. (Previously he involved in one murder case, one robbery case and two automobile theft cases) 4. In the year, 2019 he shifted to Hyderabad for Employment purpose. He joined a private company and worked for few months. Meantime he developed acquainted with other the accused Sonu, Shoeb, Shafath and others. As he was irregular to his duties, Wajeed was removed from his job. All the accused are addicted vices and became addicted to lead lavish and easy lifestyle and earnings were not sufficient to fulfill their desires. Hence they all hatched plan to commit property offences. As per their plan Wajid, Sonu, Shoeb, Shafath and others committed (26) offences in the limits of Hyderabad, Cyberabad and Rachakonda commissionarates and Sangareddy District. MODUS OPERANDI:- The accused Wajeed along with his associates used to take shelter at low rented lodges. For committing offences they select locked houses in the remote localities with poor density of population on the outskirts of the City. During the day time they take rest and in nights they move out on the roads and commit theft of locked bikes like Royal Enfield, Bajaj Pulsar, Honda Activa and Yamaha R-15, and Ornaments from the locked houses. After committing theft, the stolen bikes and property was sent to Bidar, Karimnagar and Nizamabad for disposal. Some stolen bikes were also mortgaged to the needy people at low amounts from Rs. 15,000/- to 30,000/- with the help of other accused. All offences have been committed within a span of one year. Basing on the credible information, the Abid Road Police, Central Zone, Hyderabad along with Commissioner’s Task Force, South Zone team apprehended the above gang members and recovered the stolen property as stated above. The apprehended accused and seized property are being produced in the Court concerned. The above arrests have been made under the supervision of Sri. P. Viswa Prasad, IPS., the Jt Commissioner of police, HFAC, Central Zone with the active participation of Sri. Chakravarthy Gummi, Addl. Dy. Akbaruddin @ Bughdadi s/o Mohd. Shareefuddin, Arms Offender of Langer House Police Station on 30.12.2020. Mohd. Akbaruddin @ Bughdadi s/o Mohd. Shareefuddin, aged about 26 years, Occ: Business, r/o H.No.19-1-1097/1, Bandlaguda, Bahadurpura, Hyderabad has committed a heinous offence of double murder along with his associates by using lethal and prohibited arms in public place in an organised manner in the limits of Hyderabad Police Commissionerate. He has earlier committed an offence under TS Gaming Act in the limits of Hyderabad Police Commissionerate. His activities are creating large scale fear, terror and panic among the public thereby adversely affecting the public order. Langer House Police arrested the accused Mohd. Akbaruddin @ Bughdadi s/o Mohd. Shareefuddin on 8.6.2020 in Cr.No.102/2020 U/s 147, 148, 302 r/w 149 IPC and Section 25 (B) (1) of Indian Arms Act of Langer House PS. The Preventive Detention Order was executed on him on 3.1.2021 and he was lodged in Central Prison, Chanchalguda, Hyderabad. Bazar Mosque, all the vehicular traffic coming from Afzalgunj will be diverted towards State Central Library Afzalgunj – S.J. Bridge – CBS - Rangamahal till the procession move to M.J. Market. 3 Rangamahl Junction When the procession reach near MJ Market and turns towards Jambagh at that time the traffic coming from Charderghat will not to be allowed from Rangamahal Junction towards Jambagh and diverted towards CBS, SJ Bride.

    M A R K E T B E AT HYDERABAD Residential Q4 2019 New launches on the rise, more projects underway in 2020 A total of 4,340 new units were launched in Q4, a 2X rise on a quarterly basis. This is in line with our predictions during Q2-Q3 when several large- scale projects were awaiting approvals. Established catchments such as Kondapur, Hafeezpet, Nallagandla and fast-growing locations such as 14,464 NEW UNIT LAUNCHES (2019) Gopanpally – Tellapur, Bachupally are have witnessed new launches during the quarter. On an annual basis, the number of launches were higher by 30% y-o-y, suggesting a positive momentum in the residential market. Western quadrant accounted for 3/4th of the total launches during the year with majority of the projects launched within close proximity to IT and financial districts. Locations with major new launches in other parts of the SHARE OF MID SEGMENT IN NEW city include Uppal, Bolarum, Patancheru and Kismatpur etc. Mid segment projects accounted for nearly 90% of the units launched during the quarter 46% LAUNCHES (2019) in addition to a a luxury project in Kondapur. This sub-market continues to attract buyers in the premium segment on the back of its excellent physical and social infrastructure and proximity to IT and financial districts. Growth in new launches is likely to continue as developers are gearing up to launch nearly 20,000 units over the next 12-18 months.
