What a performance he put up on his handicap debut at Ascot in November, front rank the whole way, he strode clear turning in and won very impressively by an easy 5l. He picked up an annoying injury when being prepared for another Ascot handicap at Christmas and we had to slightly rush to get him ready for the Cheltenham Festival where under top weight he ran a fantastic race, only being headed over the last and beaten less than 3l; surely only a lack of match practice was what beat him that day. He has been put up another 2lb, but handicapping will be a thing of the past this season and he will step up to open company; still thoroughly unexposed at staying trips, who knows where we could end up this season. WANDRIN STAR (IRE) OR 137C FORM 189- 2011 b.g. by Flemensfirth (USA) ex Keralba (USA) MRS PENNY PERRISS He has been such an improved horse over the last couple of seasons. He started last season off a mark of 135 and put up an excellent performance to win the Desert Orchid Silver Cup at Wincanton. We then decided to try him over the big fences in the Becher Chase at Aintree where despite jumping excellently he found the ground far to soft. We headed back to Wincanton where it seemed he remembered jumping the

National fences and subsequently spent far too long in the air over every fence. For such a big horse he FARM THORNDALE seems to thrive on good ground and tight tracks and only 2lbs higher than his last winning mark, we hope he can be competitive in some good handicap chases this season. 31

@kimbaileyracing kimbaileyracing.com WINTER GLORY (IRE) 2015 b.g. by Fame And Glory (GB) ex Winter Shadows (FR) A SHEPPARD, J WEBBER, R SHEPPARD We were so looking forward to him making his debut last season but unfortunately he picked up an injury which ruled him out for the entire campaign. Back with us and going nicely, this very good looking son of Fame and Glory will hopefully see the track sooner rather than later and start making up for lost time; we think he could be one worth waiting for.

YEAVERING BELLE (GB) OR 125H FORM 12P1 2014 ch.m. by Midnight Legend (GB) ex Fruit Yoghurt (GB) THE BELLE STARS Winner of a bumper and novice hurdle she made her handicap debut in October 19 winning in very determined fashion, despite jumping to her left the entire way. The heavens then opened and she never got her favoured top of the ground again so we decided to give her a break through the worst of the winter. She was very impressive when winning a handicap at Bangor and she was a good second off her revised mark but her good run came to an end when she pulled up at Newton Abbott but as it transpired there were reasons for that. She made a great seasonal debut when returning to winning ways at Ludlow under a determined ride from David Bass and we are sure she has more to give yet

YESANDNO (IRE) FORM 0PP/ 2013 b.g. by Scorpion (IRE) ex In Fact (IRE) MRS GWEN MEACHAM Came to us from another trainer last year but unfortuantely had a leg problem which kept him off the track. Although he does not have a lot in the way of form, he is a big good looking gelding who may have done well having plenty of rest. We will start off in a novice hurdle but it won't be long before he heads over fences, we hope he can repay his owners patience this coming winter.

YOUNEVERCALL (IRE) OR 157H FORM 2181- 2011 b.g. by Yeats (IRE) ex Afarka (IRE) YOUNEVERKNOW PARTNERSHIP TRAINING 2020/2021 HORSES IN | Patient is what Younevercall's owners have had to be and that they are and we know his performances are very much worth waiting for. He picked up an injury after his run at Royal Ascot last summer and after a break, was being readied to defend his crown in the Grade 2 hurdle at Sandown but for obvious reasons that did not happen. He has been off for a long time through no fault of his own and we hope to finally try him left handed with the West Yorkshire Hurdle at Wetherby an obvious starting point; from there we will know what options we have for the rest of the winter.
