VIC / SA / TAS Direct Sales Manager Role The objective of this role is to promote sales of our Cricket, Netball, Rugby Union and Rugby League branded products in VIC / SA / TAS through servicing key accounts to achieve the company’s key strategic objectives and generate sales opportunities. The primary focus of the role is to generate direct sales to local Clubs and Schools for Teamwear, Balls and Equipment across all our brands with a key focus on GRAY-NICOLLS, GILBERT and STEEDEN. In addition sales to sponsors and corporates will be critical. Employment Terms & Conditions Period: Permanent Full Time (12 Month Probation Period) Hours of work: Full-time (40hrs per week) Remuneration: Based on experience Car allowance Phone & Laptop Bonus for achieving budget (TBC) Act in the company’s best interests at all times Act in a professional and curious manner Keep all company information confidential All samples to remain the property of GNS These terms are offered as part of an initial 12 month probation period Goals & KPI’s Target Clubs & Schools to generate sales of teamwear, balls and equipment Manage Key Account on a day-to-day basis with a view to increasing sales opportunities Target sponsor/corporate businesses to generate sales across all categories (XXXX, Suncorp, Intrust, ConocoPhillips) Achieve sales of $1.5M+ Key Accounts and Distribution Channels All affiliated Clubs & Associations governed by: Cricket VIC, Cricket SA, Cricket TAS (unofficial), Netball VIC, Netball SA, Netball TAS, Victorian Rugby Union, South Australian Rugby Union (unofficial), Tasmanian Rugby Union & Victorian Rugby League Schools, Colleges & Universities* Corporates: Sponsors of Associations and Clubs i.e.
