Charter provides a full range of advanced broadband services including Charter TV™, Charter Internet™, and Charter Phone™. Charter Business™ similarly provides scalable, tailored and cost-effective broadband communications solutions to business organizations, such as business-to-business Internet access, wireless backhaul, data networking, video and music entertainment services and business telephone. Charter currently provides service in 27 states throughout the United States including Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin. Charter Communications, Inc. is providing existing service provider response information in accordance with National Telecommunications Information Administration (NTIA) guidelines. However, as this response format does not allow identification and response to specific applications, please find included census tract information to BTOP applications Charter may not wish to challenge. Specifically, it would be Charter Communications, Inc. intention not to challenge applications proposing to serve Colville Confederated Tribes Reservation areas in the State of Washington. Please note, in the “Service Tier and Pricing Table” tab the “Price per Month” data represents Charter’s advertised residential broadband product(s) reflecting a six month term price point. Due to various promotional pricing opportunities for consumers and the pricing for bundled product packages, actual consumer prices may vary. Please note, in the “Coverage and Subscription Data” tab the “Number of Households” data provided is obtained from third party information that is substantially 2000 year census data. Additionally, the data shown under “Number of Households with Access to Broadband from Service Provider” reflects all addresses having access to Charter Communications, Inc. service.
