Jeff Porasik Raymond James Endurance Series Race Open to all closed wheel cars under 3000cc. Limit is 50 cars. You must register for this race no later than Friday, 1pm. PLEASE BE VERY CONSCIOUS OF THE POTENTIAL FOR LARGE SPEED DIFFERENTIALS IN THIS RACE.

Thursday August 16

• 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM Registration opens. No one will be admitted to the track prior to registering. • Due to the Track being rented/occupied on Thursday, no one will be allowed into the Paddock area until 6:00 PM. • Tech Inspection is open 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. We accept annual techs from any VMC recognized club, but reserve the right to inspect any car at random, at the Chief of Tech’s discretion. You must register before gaining access to the paddock and technical inspection. After registration, but prior to access to the paddock, our Chief of Tech will process entrants with Annual Techs prior to paddock availability, at the picnic table located by Registration. Technical Inspection will be moved to the Tech Building in the upper paved Paddock after paddock entry is allowed. PLEASE, do not block the road running from the Registration building to the crossover!

Friday August 17

•All times are approximate! Listen for your to be announced. Watch for when the group preceding yours starts. •All laps listed per session are approximate! Subject to change by the Chief Steward and Event Chair based on racing conditions. • Please report to the grid lane 10 minutes before the start of your session. Grid lane begins immediately behind the Starter Stand and connects to the race track at Turn 3. See enclosed “VSCDA Rules and Information” for details on gridding policy. • All Hardship, Practice & Qualifying Sessions start single file from the grid lane without a pace car. • First lap of Practice Sessions on Friday will show white flags at the stations so that drivers can see which stations are covered. • Qualifying and Practice Sessions will go out green. • All Races will go out under full-course (double) yellow. Course will go green at Start Finish line, at the Starter’s discretion.

This is a great opportunity to meet and mingle with the other teams from VSCDA and VARAC. The “CRAWL” (progressive dinner) is for racers and their crews, corner workers, staff and their guests, MG Summer party registrants and all interested parties. Wristband required, $22.00 at registration.

Saturday August 18

Saturday and Sunday Races will use a pace car. Please report to the grid lane 10 minutes before the start of your session. See enclosed “VSCDA Rules and Information” for details about gridding, pace lap and start. 7:30 AM to 4 PM Registration and Tech open 8:00 AM Mandatory Drivers’ Meeting at base of Flagging Tower @ Start / Finish Line. Yes, there will be some repetition of the usual blah blah blah, but this is the right place to announce schedule and safety updates. New helmet stickers will be given out. Main meeting will be followed by a short meeting for Can Am Challenge Race participants. 8:15 AM Worker meeting at Track Office 9:00 AM S2000 Grand Prix Race – Approximately 25 minutes and 12 laps Heat Races: Heat Races will be for approximately 25 minutes and 12 laps. 9:30 AM Heat Race Group D 10:00 AM Heat Race Group C 10:30 AM Mandatory Touring Drivers Meeting at the Tech Building Track Crossing 10:40 AM Heat Race Group B 11:10 AM Heat Race Group A 11:40 to 12:10 PM Trans Am B Sedan Feature Race – Approximately 25 minutes and 12 laps Track Crossing 12:20 to 1:10 PM Lunch. Touring Available. You must be a registered driver in a registered race car or pay. Registration for touring closes at l0:00 AM Saturday. You must attend the Touring drivers meeting. 7:45 AM Trackside Devotional behind Tech Barn 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM Registration open for MG Summer Party participants 8:15 AM Worker meeting at Track Office 9:00 AM Hardship warm-up, Open Wheel 9:10 AM Hardship warm-up, Closed Wheel Feature Races: Feature races will be for approximately 30 minutes and 15 laps. 9:25 AM Spridget Series Feature Race 10:00 AM Feature Race Group D Track crossing 10:45AM Feature Race Group C 10:35 AM Mandatory Touring Drivers Meeting at the Tech Building 11:20 AM Feature Race Group B 11:55 AM Feature Race Group A + Challenge 12:30 PM Lunch. 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM Touring available. You must be a registered driver in a registered race car or pay. Registration for touring closes at 10:00 AM. You must attend the Touring drivers meeting. Touring will be one 20 minute session. 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM Rides For Charity – Disabled American Veterans For a $20 donation, participants will feel the exhilaration of a two lap ride in one of the vintage race cars participating in the weekend races. Encourage your guests to experience the thrill of the track while helping others! Rides will start from the upper paddock. Look for the signs!
