THE ELECTRICITY WORKS (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) () REGULATIONS 2000 (AS AMENDED)

Further to the notice that Moray Offshore Renewables Limited, Registration Number 07101438, Telford Offshore Windfarm Limited, Registration Number 07386810, Stevenson Offshore Windfarm Limited, Registration Number 07386838 and MacColl Offshore Windfarm Limited, Registration Number 07386891, all at 1st Floor, 14/18 City Road, Cardiff, South Glamorgan, CF24 3DL, have applied to the Scottish Ministers under Section 36 of the Electricity Act 1989 to:

Construct and operate: Telford Offshore Windfarm, Outer Moray Firth, central grid reference 518196 E, 6456097 N (WGS84 UTM30N), Stevenson Offshore Windfarm, Outer Moray Firth, central grid reference 512920 E, 6450656 N (WGS84 UTM30N) and MacColl Offshore Windfarm, Outer Moray Firth, central grid reference 517278 E, 6444336 N (WGS84 UTM30N). The installed capacity of each proposed generating station would be up to 500 MW, comprising up to 139 turbines in each wind farm site with a tip height of up to 204 metres from LAT.

Notice is hereby given that additional information has been received by Scottish Ministers on this application. The additional information consists of the following ornithological information:

 the rationale for demographic parameters and growth rates used,  re-presentation of Population Viability Analysis outputs to reflect changes to displacement and collision risk methodologies  and implications for the assessments

The additional information has been forwarded to Council – Banff and , Aberdeenshire Council – Buchan, The Council and to be made available for public inspection by being placed on the planning register. Representations should be dated and should clearly state the name (in block capitals) and full return email or postal address of those making representations.

Representations must state the reasons for objecting or supporting a proposal, be dated and clearly state the name of the person, or persons, representing and include a full return email or postal address of those making the representation. Representations that do not include all of the above information will be considered invalid.

Fair Processing Notice

The Marine Scotland Licensing Operations Team process applications under The Marine (Scotland) Act 2010, the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 and The Electricity Act 1989. During the consultation process letters of representation can be sent to Scottish Ministers in support of or objecting to these applications.

Should Scottish Ministers call a Public Local Inquiry (PLI), copies of these representations will be sent to the Directorate of Planning and Environmental Appeals for the Reporter to consider during the inquiry. These representations will be posted on their website with name, address (home and email), signature and telephone number redacted (blacked out).

Copies of representations will also be issued to the developer on request, again with name, address (home and email), signature and telephone number redacted.
