The Document 1.1 The Helston Town Framework is a document that sets out the vision for the future sustainable growth of the urban area and the hinterland of the town (refer to figure 1). The Helston Town Framework has been produced by Cornwall Council and it forms part of the evidence base for the Cornwall Site Allocation Development Plan Document (DPD), which will sit alongside the Local Plan, the Council’s main planning document for Cornwall.
