[email protected] Purpose The purpose of this report is to seek the Committee’s approval for the proposed responses to the Department for Transport (DfT) East Anglia Rail Franchise Consultation. The extent of improvements in railway services and capacity within Chelmsford City Council’s area has wide-ranging implications for existing communities and businesses.
