COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

2018- GIRLS+ ROCK OTTAWA Present VOLUNTEER TEACHER AND WORKSHOP FACILITATOR I volunteer as a teacher with Girls+ Rock Ottawa - a non-profit organization that provides band experience and rock camp workshops for women, non-binary, gender non-conforming youth to encourage engagement in music.

2020- OTTAWA ARTS COUNCIL Present BOARD MEMBER I currently sit on the governance board for the Ottawa Arts Council

2018- BE IN THE BAND: BLUESFEST YOUTH MUSIC Present PROGRAM MENTOR I am a teaching mentor in the Bluesfest youth music program - I design the curriculum, teach the program and mentor the participants in order to confidently succeed in putting on a performance at Bluesfest at the end of the program.

2020 ARTENGINE SOUND AND VIDEOGRAPHY TECHNICIAN Facilitating the production of digital/remote interviews for ARTENGINE's final reporting on year end projects at SAW Gallery.
