Effective01June2008,IATAwillnolongerpermitpaperticketstobeissuedbyany BSPTravelAgency.Thereforeagentswillonlyhaveaccesstoeticket. AirTahitiNuihasbeenworkingtowardsthedeadline,implementing29interlineeticket agreementsbutitisclearthatsomeagentswillbeunabletoutilizeelectronicticketingfor certainjourneys.AirTahitiNuihasthereforesetupaninterimprocesstoissuepapertickets onanagent’sbehalf. ThisdocumentwillprovideguidanceontheuseandissuanceofAirTahitiNuiEtickets.

Forticketsissuedonorafter1June2008paperticketsmustnotbeissuedonBSPneutral paperticketstockusingAirTahitiNuiaccountingcode(TN244). AirTahitiNuiwillcontinuetoacceptpaperticketsfortravelissuedbyBSPtravelagents priorto01June2008fortravelon/after01June2008.Ifpaperticketsrequirereissueafter01 June2008,TravelAgentsareadvisedtomovepaperticketstoeticketwherepossible.

YoucouldaddanOSIintoyourPNRmentioningtheticketsnumberandthenameofthe validatingcarrierbutyoumustbeawarethatthisisnotsufficientforthesystemtoassociate theeticket.

Amending booking in e-tickets
