SHRI PRITHVIRAJ CHAVAN to move that the Bill to provide for civil Liability for liability for nuclear damage, and prompt compensation to the victims of a nuclear Nuclear incident through a no fault liability regime channeling liability to the operator, Damage appointment of Claims Commissioner, establishment of Nuclear Damage Claims Bill, 2010. Commission and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto, as passed by Lok Sabha, be taken into consideration.
ALSO to move that the Bill be passed.
The Prevention 2. SHRI P. CHIDAMBARAM to move that the Bill to provide punishment for of Torture torture inflicted by public servants or any person inflicting torture with the consent Bill, 2010. or acquiescence of any public servant, and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto, as passed by Lok Sabha, be taken into consideration.
ALSO to move that the Bill be passed.
The 3. SHRI M. VEERAPPA MOILY to move that the Bill further to amend the Representation Representation of the People Act, 1950, be taken into consideration. of the People ALSO to move that the Bill be passed. (Amendment) Bill, 2010. ———
