Changed title from Biochemistry to Chemical Pathology Added Globulin LOINC code to the list. 2.1 Donna Moore 5-Nov-14 After public feedback and approval by PITUS steering committee the following changes were made: - The 'Combining Results Flag' for Alcohol (LOINC 15120-9), Alcohol (LOINC 5643-2) and Iron (LOINC 14798-3) was set to 'Orange'. - The 'Combining Results Flag' for all the Therapeutic drugs tests are now set to 'Orange' as a flag has not been determined yet. - Added comment for missing LOINC codes marked as 'XXXXX-X' Comment added was 'LOINC code pending. Currently no code is available.' 2.2 Add licence information.
