Del Rosario comes to Johnson City having accomplished historic things at every program she has served, including her most recent stop at Virginia Union University where she won the 2019 WBCA Division II Assistant Coach Of The Year award following the Panthers 28-3 season and NCAA Tournament ap- pearance. Prior to her time at VUU, she made the Division I NCAA Tournament with Winthrop, the team’s only appearance in its history, Eastern Michigan, one of two times EMU has made it, and Cleveland State twice, the only two times the Vikings have appeared in The Big Dance. ETSU marks career coaching stop number eight for Del Rosario, her first coming at her alma mater Notre Dame College (OH), whom she assisted in guiding to their first appearance at NAIA Nationals in 2006. Let It Snow(den): •Following two successful seasons with ETSU on the court after playing her first two seasons at Northwest Florida State, BRITNEY SNOWDEN Britney Snowden accepted a graduate assistantship with the program in 2019 and was set to complete her second de- ASSISTANT COACH gree in Johnson City following the conclusion of the 2020-21 season. But circumstances changed on the Buccaneer coaching staff, leaving vacancies in the positions formerly held by Keisha McClinic, who took a position at Tennessee State, Kelly Mathis, now coaching at Winthrop, and Ashley Houts, who accepted a job at Nike. With only head coach Brittney Ezell returning from last year’s coaching staff, opportunity knocked for Snowden, and she seized her chance. Snowden enters her first year as a full-time member of a Division I coaching staff at just 23-years-old, the youngest full-time assistant in the Southern Conference and one of the few sub-25-year-olds in the nation to hold such a coveted coaching position.

Love Is Patient, Love Is Kind: •Only one member of the ETSU Women’s Basketball program has been around it as long as eight-year head coach Brittney Ezell; her director of basketball operations Dakota Love. Love was a student assistant for Ezell’s team from 2013-2017 DAKOTA LOVE while earning his undergraduate degree in corporate finance, and accepted a graduate assistantship with the program DIRECTOR OF BASKETBALL OPERATIONS after graduation. Love was halfway to earning his second degree from ETSU, but was called into action when the program was granted a DOBO position. Love enters his third year in his current position following his lone season as a graduate assistant during the 2017-18 year.

Keeping It 100: •Entering her eighth season at the helm for the Blue & Gold, head coach Brittney Ezell comes off a season in which she earned her 100th victory at ETSU, a 76-49 thrashing of Western Carolina at Brooks Gym Feb. 6, 2020. Nearly half of Ezell’s 101 triumphs as head of the Bucs have come in Southern Conference play, the Buc boss carrying an impressive 50-34 SoCon record into the season. Ezell is the third coach in program history to reach 100 wins, closing in fast on Susan Yow’s 118, the second-most in program history behind only the late Karen Kemp, the program’s all-time wins leader. Ezell’s career record has slipped just below .500, standing at 221-229 entering her 16th season as a head coach with previous stops at Belmont University, Montevallo University and Northwest Florida State.
