Making his first collegiate start, Huck had a hand in all six S19 touchdowns of Butler’s 42-0 victory against Albion, Satur- S26 day. He completed 18-of-25 passes for 327 yards and threw O03 for a school-record tying five touchdowns, including four O10 second-quarter TD strikes. His 327 yards passing were the O17 sixth most by an FCS quarterback in Week 1 and he posted O24 the subdivision’s third-best passer rating (239.87) among O31 qualfying passers. Huck also posted a team-best 68 yards N07 rushing on eight carries, including a three-yard touchdown N14 run that capped the scoring in the third quarter. N21 DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK PAST OFFENSIVE HONOREES S05 Jaquan Bryant (MAR) [1] Jaquan Bryant, Marist S12 Sophomore, Cornerback, St. Albans, N.Y. Bryant returned two interceptions for touchdowns as Marist S19 opened its campaign with a 31-12 victory at Sacred Heart, S26 Saturday. His first interception, an 11-yard return, opened O03 the game’s scoring in the first quarter. Bryant’s second in- O10 terception, a 15-yard return, closed the scoring with 1:31 O17 remaining in the contest. He became the first FCS player O24 this season to return two interceptions for touchdowns. Bry- O31 ant also had five tackles (one solo) on the day and added a N07 pass breakup. N14 N21 SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK PAST SPECIAL TEAMS HONOREES S05 Brandon Wubs (DRA) [1] Brandon Wubs, Drake S12 Senior, Punter/Kicker, Hawthorn Woods, Ill. Wubs was responsible for 10 points in Drake’s 22-0 victory S19 against Grand View, Saturday. He converted all three of his S26 field goal attempts and made one of his two extra point tries. O03 Wubs opened the game’s scoring with a 37-yard field goal. O10 He added a 32-yard field goal in the third quarter and a 25- O17 yard field goal in the fourth quarter. In addition, Wubs punted O24 four times for 178 yards (44.5 yards per punt), including a O31 51-yard boomer. He also handled kickoff duties where his N07 six kickoffs averaged 57.7 yards.
