P CHAIRMAN’S WELCOME R I E S T F I E L D S Welcome everyone to Priestfields for the last 1st XV home game of the season and what a cracker it is! Our opponents today are Camberley who along with ourselves, Sevenoaks Ellan Gray and Brighton are locked in a titanic battle for promotion. With just two games remaining, we head the league, whilst Camberley and Sevenoaks are one point behind and Brighton just four points adrift. Any of the four clubs could end up finishing in the top two key places. Before the game, over one hundred and twenty club sponsors and Vice Presidents are Contractors Limited attending a pre match lunch. All of these guys provide vital support to our community rugby club and we thank them wholeheartedly for their generosity.

The club remains very busy every weekend. We hosted a very successful Kent U11’s tournament on the 24th March, a brilliant girls 7’s tournament last Sunday and this Sunday (7th April) we host the Kent U13’s finals, which promises to be a huge event with over 600 participants! Thanks to everyone who gives up their time to organise and run these events. The minis go on Easter tour next weekend and I hope you all have a fantastic time.
