Leviticus Study Questions For Sunday, December 4, 2016

Our Bible Study Tour continues with the . Last week we examined the first nine chapters of Leviticus pertaining to the laws concerning offerings and sacrifices; chapters 1 through 7, and the hallowing and installation of the priests; chapters eight through nine. Again, for the purposes of this study, the questions pertaining to the Book of Leviticus are being up into three segments of nine chapters each. This week we will examine the next nine chapters picking up at chapter 10 which continues with the rituals pertaining to the hallowing and installation of the priests. Chapters 11 through 16 contain the laws of purification and atonement, and chapters 17 and 18 begin the laws of holiness. These questions are to help guide your study and are not intended to be answered.

Also, during our discussion on Sunday, November 27th, some points were raised about the meaning of Passover and other holy days in the Israelite calendar. Listed below are passages from the Books of Exodus and Numbers pertaining to the meaning of Passover. I have also included passages from the New Testament that connect these items with Jesus Christ.

LEVITICUS 10
