Tender validity 180 days from the date of submission of tender. a) Amount: The total bid security/EMD amount shall be equivalent to INR 18.40 Crores (Indian Rupees Eighteen Crores and Forty Lakhs Only) or US $2,472,121/- (US Dollars Two Million Four Hundred and Seventy Two Thousand and One Hundred and Twenty One only) either in INR/USD or combination of these two currencies as per percentage participation in case of Joint Venture and submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee (BG) or via RTGS/NEFT transactions to the below mentioned CMRL Bank account.
