Rules & Regulations:

1. Any incomplete or wrongly filled in form will not be eligible for participation. 2. One photograph should consist of the Kolu display along with the participant. 3. The participants must fulfill the basic requirements of having a 5 padikattu Kolu, anything less than 5 padikattu will not be eligible for participation. 4. The participants are expected to co-operate during the judges visiting timings. 5. Decision of the judges will be final & binding. 6.
