Artdeslivres /BookArt is a book printing, binding and publication services company based in Montreal. We work with international galleries, artists, design studios & agencies to create high quality books and other print-based project. Complimentary to our client services, we also publish artbooks Anteism Books and operate a publication-arts gallery located in the heart of the Mile End district. In the current context, in accordance with government directives related to COVID-19, Artdeslivres wants to adapt the already existing programming for the 2020-2021 season and develop a new web content distribution program. This program will aim to support artists and artistic organizations in Montreal affected by COVID-19 and the dissemination of their work through digital platforms. This initiative will be used to find new ways to deliver visual content. Job Description: - Responsible for webcasting and social media management at Artdeslivres. In close collaboration with the clients and artists who are part of the programming, the candidate will have to develop new strategies to adapt the content of the programming for webcasting purposes. - On a daily basis, the participant will work with the Artdeslivres team to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the design, development and updating of the Bookart.ca and Anteism.com websites, as well as manage the organizations social media management. Among other things, the participant will take care of research and content writing, video digitization, editing, integration, computer graphics, uploading, management / animation of social networks. Tasks and Responsibilities: Management and adaptation of the 2020-21 programming: - Coordinate relations with the various Montreal artistic organizations affected by COVID-19, and develop strategies to adapt their project using the Artdeslivres web platform, either by live broadcasting on the web, producing tours virtual, uploading of images and documents, etc. - Implement the new strategies and produce a digital content deployment calendar to promote the various events and projects during the year 2020-21. Broadcasts and web promotion: - Increase the visibility of the various projects of the 2020-21 program on the organizations websites through the creation and management of content; Write and integrate content on the various platforms, research and produce photographic and video visuals for social networks, participate in the integration of content on the company's website, plan the content and the deployment of newsletters. - Management of designated communities of Anteism: create and publish content, maintain and energize virtual communities in social networks and see to their evolution.
