So here are the holiday updates:

HOURS: This week would have marked the start of holiday hours. Based on your feedback, combined with staff considerations, here's where we landed: we're opening earlier and staying open later two days a week: Thursday and Friday. Saturday's hours will be extended an hour either way. For those of you who have special needs, we wanted to create a space and time that feels safe for you so on Sunday we'll be opened by appointment only for those cases between A Blessing for Our 1-4pm. These appointments will be booked in 45 minute increments Times and must be reserved by Saturday prior. If these times don't work, please just ask, we'll work it out. IN-STORE SHOPPING: For the foreseeable future, we still have capacity limits of 12 customers at a time in the store. As you can imagine this has a huge impact on our business. On any given Saturday in the past, we may have been able to take care of 15-20 people in line within an hour. Now we're lucky if we hit 8. We're not complaining, just being transparent (another request from the survey). As such, if you want to bring the kids in, it's always better during the week. And please know, if we start seeing a need to adjust our hours In-Store more, we will do it without hesitation. We want to be the best we can Holiday Hours be AND we want you to have a magical holiday!

REGULAR COMMUNICATIONS: One other thing you mentioned in Start 11/9 your feedback was around communication. First, that the LIVE Monday-Wednesday videos have been very helpful, and second, that giving you directed 10am-5pm information for different ages would be welcome. So we are going to Thursday-Friday get on a schedule. The current plan is to come to you LIVE on 9am-8pm Facebook 2-3 mornings a week to show you new products and have demos (since we cannot have many demos out). We will send Saturday newsletters a couple times a week with themes largely around ages 9am-6pm (per your feedback). We will also be setting up some evening Sunday Facebook LIVE shopping events that will be linked into our website to By appointment only. allow for easy shopping too. We'll have a schedule buttoned up in the next week. We will close at 4pm Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas HOLIDAY BOX PROGRAM - For ten years we have been the off-site Eve, and New Year's Eve.
