DÉTENTE WORKS AS STORES TAKE CENTRE STAGE Further evidence of sales companies pulling together at a difficult time was witnessed yesterday at Doncaster where an auction of store horses took place. No ordinary stores, these were horses booked to be offered at Tattersalls Ireland’s Derby Sale and Goffs’ Land Rover Sale, the twin peaks of this corner of the bloodstock market, but who were rerouted to South Yorkshire and Goffs UK’s capable hands in a bid to help buyers and vendors.
