Narvekar Assistant Professor, Sridora Caculo College of Commerce and Management, Mapusa – Goa. ------------------------------------------------------------------ABSTRACT---------------------------------------------------------------- Customers are value maximizers. Perception is a person’s understanding or a viewpoint about things around him, which ultimately results in positive or negative satisfaction. Likewise, Satisfaction is a person’s feeling or disappointment, resulting from comparison of a product that is perceived and actual performance in relation to his or her expectations. In this paper, I have tried to study Customer Perception in relation to products of Patanjali Ayurved Ltd, one of the fastest emerging brand in India and world over. The study also intends to examine product range, the customer’s spending patterns, buying behaviour, factors affecting their purchase, post purchase behaviour of the customer in relation to Patanjali products and ultimately to analyse the overall satisfaction level of Patanjali Customers. It is seen that Patanjali is able to capture more than 70% of the market in general.With the growth rate of 130%, Patanjali has expanded like never before capturing local, national and international markets, and has officially surpassed even the strongest FMCG giants. This is mainly due to ethical conduct of its founder. Use of Ayurveda and technological migrations into its R&D cell has enabled it to gain trustworthiness, support and loyalty from its customers. A large portion of the user is satisfied from Patanjali products. It may be because of reasonable price of the product. It may be due to ability of the product to cure theirhealth problem. -

Hon’ble Speaker Sir, I rise to present the State Budget for 2018-19 before this august House. 2. It is my privilege and honour to present the budget as the Finance Minister of Haryana for the fourth consecutive year. It is time to take stock of achievements of the Government in the last three years and to present Government’s vision and strategy to achieve its development goals in the next two years. 3. Indian economy is performing very well since 2014 and has achieved an annual average growth of 7.5 per cent between 2014-15 to 2016-17. Indian economy is now a 2.5 trillion dollar economy – the seventh largest in the world and is expected to rise to fifth place very soon. On Purchasing Power Parity basis, India is already the third largest economy. 4. In the fiscal 2017-18, quarter wise GDP growth has shown increasing trend from 5.7 per cent in first quarter (April-June) to 6.5 per cent in second quarter (July–September) and further to 7.2 per cent in third quarter (October- December) of 2017-18. The overall GDP growth rate at constant prices has also been revised upwards from 6.5 per cent to 6.6 per cent for 2017-18 as compared to the growth rate of 7.1 percent in 2016-17. This implies that Indian economy has become one of the fastest growing large economies in the world even after absorbing the anticipated impact of GST roll out and demonetisation. 5. A number of economic indicators have shown signs of improvement, indicating that reform measures undertaken by the Government are yielding results. -

He is frustrated by repeatedly telling his valuable customers that the products they require is out of stock for the last couple of weeks. There exist a great demand for the patanjali herbal and cosmetic products in the market and they are sold like a hot cake but still company doesn‟t care to create efficiency in production and supply chain (Exhibit-6). As he shared his feelings with the other retail shop owners and patanjali chikitsalya he came to know that they are also having the same problem. He him self has been using Patanjali products for the last couple of years and is among the highly satisfied consumers of these products specially the aloe vera gel and the tejas telam. This has inspired him to start his retail store. Today he is a owner of a small retail store at Harsiddhi area in Indore having very sound consumer network and the turn over of about Rs. 18 lakh with a profit margin of 10%-15% depending on the products. He is getting regular feed backs from the consumers who keeps on visiting his shop more often. -

Pitta body constitutional type was predominant among Background: Tridosa concept of Ayurveda categorises human beings into the subjects diagnosed with disorders namely caries, cervical abrasion, tooth Vata, Pitta, and Kapha groups based on the body constitutional type and loss, irregular teeth, general attrition and lichen planus. Caries was diagnosed prescribes precise health decisions specific to each type. The association of among greater part of the subjects (60%). Kapha prakriti was the most prevalent Tridosa and prevalence of oral disorders has not been studied so far. The among the subjects identified with tooth mobility, while Pitta constitutional present clinical study aims to understand such association.
