ABOUT JET TIME

Jet Time is a Danish-owned from 2006. The company operates busi- ness-to-business airline, delivering flight transport solutions for charter and freight companies and others with need for cargo capacity and group transport solutions.

Behind the company stands a group of Danish businessmen with solid experience from the travel and airline industry. The founders felt that the development on the Danish flight market had opened a window of opportunity for starting a speciali- zed operation which would create an alternative the discount tendencies that for a decade had dominated the airline industry. There was in the Scandinavian com- mercial airline industry an obvious need for an operator that concentrated on the charter segment and offered the service which the low-cost had cut back on. It is thus a core area of Jet Time’s business to provide a service that makes a little difference and creates a good travel experience.

Since Jet Time’s start-up, the business has been expanded to include Cargo and ACMI production, which are both business areas that make up an increasing pro- portion of Jet Time’s production.

In 2014, Jet Time founded the Finnish subsidiary, Jet Time OY, which operates on Finnish AOC. The subsidiary company is placed in , where two Boeing 737s are based.

Jet Time has since the start-up grown from being a small company with two air- craft and a handful of employees to become the largest Danish-owned airline and one of ’s largest companies with an annual turnover of more than 1,7 billion DKK and almost 700 employees. The fleet has equally grown to more than 30 aircraft of the type and ATR72. BUSINESS AREAS

Jet Time has three business areas as basis for the company’s production.

IT CHARTER

Charter production for travel companies.

The flights are typically booked 12 months in advance in a series of 10-26 weeks. Several series are usualy booked at a time. Jet Time has 14-16 custo- mers in this business area.

ACMI

Flights for other airlines and private charter of aircraft

Jet Time delivers aircraft and crew (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance), and the client takes care of the rest. ACMI takes up an increasing proportion of Jet Ti- me’s business, for example through strategic cooperation with other airlines who wish to outsource parts of their production or who have an acute need for aircraft capacity.

Covers also chartered flights for other types of customers, for example football clubs, private companies or the Defence Command.

In block hours ACMI makes up approximately 40 % of Jet Time’s busi- ness.

CARGO

Transportation of goods.

Transportation of all types of cargo (up to 17 tons). Transported in Jet Time’s Bo- eing 737-300 QC and Boeing 737-400 SF full-freighters. Jet Time’s business area for Cargo has increased steadily since the start-up in 2012, and counts today a fleet of five full-freighters that are in full-time production.
