Gatlin is known for his rich falsetto singing style and for the unique pop- inflected songs he wrote and recorded in the 1970's and 80's. Some of Gatlin's biggest hits include "Broken Lady", "All the Gold in California", "Houston (Means I'm One Day Closer to You)", "She Used to Be Somebody's Baby", and "Talkin' to the Moon”. Larry will bring his solo show to Wilson Theater at Vogel Hall on Friday, May 19 at 7:30 pm for one night only. The oldest of the three Gatlin brothers, he was by age seven, already accompanying younger brothers, Steve and Rudy in singing at family and church events.
