Ministry of Railways vide letter under ref(1) has decided to run 100 pair additional trains in addition to already running 15 pairs special trains and Shramik special trains. The Time Table of trains which shall have stoppages in the MP state within the jurisdiction of Bhopal Rail division is enclosed as annexure.

As per SOP vide ref(3) Railways shall ensure the protocols for passengers at boarding station and onboard train. However, it is necessary that the Health protocols of MP state are ensured by district administration at deboarding stations. As per time table of trains deboarding stations fall under Sagar, Vidisha, Raisen, Bhopal, Hoshangabad, Harda, Khandwa, Ashok Nagar, Guna, Rajgarh & Shajapur districts. Hence it is requested to kindly advise District Collectors of these districts to ensure the Health protocols as per MP Govt letter under ref(3) i.e. Thermal Screening, Quarantine etc. for deboardinq passenaers on daily basis.

Standard Operating Protocol (SOP), for movement of persons by train In order to facilitate movement .of persons by trains, the following SOP is hereby laid down: Movement of trains shall be permitted by Ministry of Railways (MoR), in a graded manner, in consultation with Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW) and Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA). Train schedule; protocols for booking, entry and movement of passengers; and coach service specifications shall be widely publicized .by MoR.

Hi. Only those passengers with confirmed e-tickets shall be allowed to enter the station. The movement of the passenger(s) as well as the driver of the vehicle transporting the passenger(s) to and fro the railway station shall be allowed on the basis of the confirmed e-ticket. MoR shall ensure the following at the train stations: a. All passengers shall be compulsorily screened and only asymptomatic passengers are alloWed to enter/ board the train. Ii All passengers shall be provided with hand sanitizer at entry and exit points at station and in coaches. c. All passengers shall be wearing face covers/ masks at entry and during travel. During boarding and travel, all passengers will have to observe social distancing. Health advisories/ guidelines will be circulated by MoR through Information, Education and Communication (IEC) campaign for their staff and passengers. On arrival at their destination, the traveling passengere will have to adhere to such health protocols as are prescribed by the destination State/ UT

Train composition would be same as of existing regular services.

Guidelines for domestic travel (air/train/inter-state bus travel)

Dos and Don'ts shall be provided along with tickets to the travellers by the agencies concerned. All passengers shall be advised to download Arogya Setu app on their mobile devices. Suitable announcement about COVID-19 including precautionary measures to be followed shall be made at airports/railway station/bus terminals and in flights/trains/bus. The States/UTs shall ensure that all passengers shall undergo thermal screening at the point of departure and only asymptomatic passengers are allowed to board the flight/train/bus. During boarding and travel, all passengers shall use face covers/mask. They will also follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and maintain environmental hygiene. At airports/railway stations/ bus terminals required measures to ensure social distancing shall be taken. Airports'/railway stations/bus terminals should be regularly sanitized/disinfected and availability of soaps and sanitizers shall be ensured. Thermal screening at exit point shall be arranged. Asymptomatic passengers will be permitted to go with the advice that they shall self-monitor their health for 14 days. In case, they develop any symptoms, they shall inform the district surveillance officer or the state/national call center (1075). Those found symptomatic will be isolated and taken to the nearest health facility. They will be assessed for clinical severity at the health facility. Those having moderate or severe symptoms will be admitted to dedicated COVID Health facilities and managed accordingly. Those having mild symptoms will be given the option of home isolation or isolated in the Covid Care Centre (both public & private facilities) as appropriate and tested as per ICMR protocol available at https://www.mohfw.gov.in/pdf/RevisedtestingSpdf. If positive, they will continue in COVID Care Centre and will be managed as per clinical protocol. If negative, the passenger may be allowed to go home, isolate himself/herself and self- monitor his/her health for further 7 days. In case, any symptoms develop they shall inform the district surveillance officer or the state/national call center (1075).

NOTE: States can also develop their own protocol with regards to quarantine and isolation ' as per their assessment.
