Told to immediately go home and stay there. Medical Facility C contacted Public Health Center and relayed patient information. Sapporo Public Health Center advises patient to seek treatment at Sapporo City General Hospital where samples are taken for testing. Patient again told to go home and stay there. Developed fever and cough overnight. 1/27/2020 Received examination at medical facility in Hokkaido, hospitalized. X-ray examination revealed signs of pneumonia. 1/28/2020 Fever remains, but condition is stable. （５）Activity / Travel History: 1/21/2020 Arrived in Japan with one other traveler, stayed at an acquaintance’s house in Tokyo. 1/22/2020 The three traveled together to Hokkaido for sightseeing. 1/26/2020 Felt unwell and didn’t go outside. ・ Wore a mask while in Japan. ・ No history of visiting the Huanan Seafood Wholesale Market in Wuhan City.
