After all, it is “Tis the season to be jolly.” However, for some it’s a time filled with joyless stress, fatigue, sadness, loneliness, anxiety, self-judgement, and family obligations. Sometimes the holiday’s can be filled with the sadness of someone we have lost and the grieving of their absence at family traditions.
