Tender Notice Tender for Provision of Learning TENDER NOTICE TENDER FOR PROVISION OF LEARNING RESOURCE MATERIAL OF ECE ROOMS IN 60 SCHOOLS OF DISTRICT HAFIZABAD District Education Authority, Hafizabad intends to provide 60 ECE Kits in Govt. Schools of District Hafizabad. Accordingly, Sealed Bids are invited from interested duly registered firms/Organizations having expertise in developing ECE kits and provision of Learning Resource Material. Eligible bidders/registered firms may get the List of selected schools of District Hafizabad and list of learning Resource Material from office of the CEO, District Education Authority on submission of written applications and non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1000. The tender document shall be immediately be available after the publication of tender notice. 2. Specification list of learning resource material and list of selected schools can be obtained from the office of the CEO, District Education Authority within office hours. 3. Sealed proposals/bids are required to be brought in person or by the authorized representative of the interested bidder till 06 February 2020 at 12.00 pm sharp in the office of the CEO, District Education Authority and bids shall be opened on 12:30 pm sharp on the same date and venue. 4. The bidders are required to give their best and most competitive prices for development of ECE Classrooms and providing Learning Resource Material as per list approved. 5. Learning resource material kits/sample should be submitted by the bidders along with their offers. 6. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding (single stage –Two Envelope) (Technical & financial bid) as per PPRA Rule 38 2(a) specified in the PUNJAB PROCUREMENT RULES 2014 (Amended to date), and will be open to all eligible bidders as defined in the bidding document. 7. Procurement committee has right to disqualify supplier/bidder if it is found at any stage that the information submitted by him was false, forged or inaccurate under PPRA Rule. 8. Successful bidder(s) will be bound to supply the Learning Resource Material within 30 days after award of contract. 9. Tenderer should deposit 2% earnest money of estimated cost in the shape of CDR in favor of Chief Executive Officer (DEA), Hafizabad. 10. The successful bidder will be required to deposit performance guarantee of the Contract amount in the form CDR@ 5% (refundable) prior to execution of the contract. 11. Learning Resource material will be provided by the successful bidder in this office and will be inspected by Technical inspection committee notified by procurement agency. After inspection by the technical committee, the bidder will be bound to supply the ECE Kits to the schools mentioned in the list. 12. All quoted prices should include ALL TAXES. Note: All assessment and Procurement will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. To raise living standards of community by providing quality drinking water and improved sanitation services. To reduce the spread of water borne diseases.
