The properties are identified by their APN(s) as 30318040, 30318041, 30318024, 30318025, and 30318043. This report was produced in accordance with the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process (ASTM 1527-05) and is compliant with the All Appropriate Inquiries (AAI) rule. 1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment has been conducted for the subject properties. The Opinion, Conclusions, and Recommendations are provided below: The subject properties are located at 3209, 3221, and 3229 Stevens Creek Boulevard, Santa Clara, CA 95051. The property at 3209 is currently an auto service and dealership. The properties at 3229 and 3221 are professional offices. The subject properties were listed in the EDR records searched. The listings were in reference to the site history as a service department that previously had a UST for waste oil. There was also a listing for the property as a Small Small Quantity Generator. There were no violations found and no leaks reported. The use as an automotive service center in the past is a Historical REC. However, as no violations or open cases were found and the properties will continue as automotive service and sales, these cases are not anticipated to impact the subject properties. The EDR Report was reviewed for any sites which may pose
