Buckley Country Day School’s 45th Annual Fall is taking place on October 20th and 21st. The Fall Fair is Buckley’s largest community-building event and provides support for academic and athletic programs.

Please consider donating an item or service to our silent auction. Popular past auction items have included spa treatments, gift baskets, jewelry, and tickets to music and sporting events. We have included a full wish list of examples with this letter, as well as our underwriting opportunities. Underwriting support is crucial to ensuring the Fall Fair’s success each year, and gives donors the freedom to choose a financial contribution or a gift in kind.

We expect up to 3,000 people to join us on our 25-acre campus from surrounding Nassau and Queens County neighborhoods. Your business will gain visibility and access among the school community and local residents.

All of our generous donors will be prominently recognized throughout the weekend on our website and social media, with physical signage on site, and at our Kick-Off Party and Auction on Friday, October 19th.

Buckley Country Day School is a nonprofit academic institution (Federal Tax I.D. #11- 1661352). Independent schools rely on tuition income and fundraising activities to operate. Your tax-deductible donation will be greatly appreciated, and acknowledged with an official letter for your tax purposes.
