Prague and Vienna are without a doubt the two most beautiful cities of Central Europe. Prague, bisected by the Vltava River, is the romantic, cozy, beautifully preserved, and full of mysterious cobblestone side streets. Vienna, on the other hand, is the stately, officious, Hapsburgian, old-school imperial city located on the magnificent Danube River. Transfers between the capitals are done by coach or rail, but we can also arrange a private transfer, if requested.

Itinerary:

Day 1: PRAGUE

Arrival to Prague airport, meet and greet service and transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is free so you can explore the city at your convenience.

Day 2 – 3: PRAGUE

Prague H/D City Tour (SIC) – essentials and highlights of the city by coach and on foot: After breakfast in the hotel you’ll get on a coach to take a ride around the city to see its most iconic historical places, structures, and landmarks. See the , the National Theatre, the National Museum, Old Town city square, the Prague castle, Wenceslas square, and so much more. The rest of the day is free but we have a few options for you, just in case you don’t know what to do.

Optional tours and programs: Vltava River Cruise: Enjoy the scenery and get a chance to see many of Prague’s iconic landmarks and buildings from the deck of ship. We highly recommend having a lunch on board while enjoying the view. (20€ per person)

Dinner at traditional brewery: Enjoy this unique culinary experience in a brewery located right in the center of the city. The Prague Castle is an iconic landmark and the of the President of the Czech Republic. We roccommend also visiting the St. Vitus cathedral located within the complex. (from 10€ per person)

Medieval themed dinner: It’s harsh and yet so romantic atmosphere will breathe on you in our tavern from all sides. There will be plenty to see, what to listen and most importantly, what to taste. You will be entertained during the dinner by an authentic medieval program. (35€ per person)

Jewish Prague tour Visit and enjoy very well preserved Jewish Ghetto in Prague. Six synagogues, a Jewish Town Hall, magical cemetery make Josefov in Prague a place which you should certainly not leave out. Get to know the unsettled history of the Prague Jews, their architecture, traditions, customs and stories. (from 35€ per person)

Black light theatre performance: Theatrical performance style characterized by the use of black box theatre augmented by black light illusion. This form of theatre originated from Asia and can be found in many places around the world. It has become a specialty of Prague. (20€ per person)

Trip to Karlovy Vary (lunch included) Visit this marvelous spa town founded in 1370 by Charles IV, King of , situated in western Bohemia. It is historically famous for its hot springs (13 main springs, about 300 smaller spring) making it the most visited spa town in the Czech Republic. (from 55€ per person)

Day 4: PRAGUE - VIENNA

You leave the wonderful city of Prague after breakfast to go to Vienna. You will be picked up at the hotel and transferred to the bus station. You will also be picked up in Vienna and transferred to the hotel. The rest of the day is free.

Vienna H/D City Tour (SIC) – Highlights of the city by couch and on foot: Take a morning tour around the capital of the Hapsburg’s Austrian – Hungarian capital which includes the huge Saint Stephen’s Cathedral and the Imperial Schonbrunn Palace and the Palace, the documented seat of government since 1279. Vienna’s place in history and its legacy built by people no less than Freud, Mozart, Beethoven, and the Hapsburg emperors is unforgettable. You will be given an overview of the city’s history and many attractions by an expert tour guide.

Optional tours and programs: Schonbrunn palace and Tiergarten: A zoo located on the grounds of the famous Schonbrunn Palace was founded in 1752 and it is the oldest zoo in the world. The palace is a former imperial summer residence. The palace is one of the most important architectural, cultural, and historical monuments in the country. The history of the palace and its vast gardens spans over 300 years, reflecting the changing tastes, interests, and aspirations of successive Habsburg monarchs. (from 14€ per person)

Hofburg Palace: Hofburg Palace is the former imperial palace in the centre of Vienna. Part of the palace forms the official residence and workplace of the President of Austria. The palace has housed some of the most powerful people in European and Austrian history, including monarchs of the Habsburg dynasty, and rulers of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. It was the principal imperial winter residence, as Schönbrunn Palace was their summer residence. (from 13€ per person)

Kunsthistorischest Museum: It is the largest art museum in the country also referred to as the "Museum of Fine Arts" is an art museum in Vienna. Housed in its festive palatial building on Ringstraße, it is crowned with an octagonal dome. The term Kunsthistorisches Museum applies to both the institution and the main building. Prater is the oldest amusement park in the world and it consists of the Hauptallee (the main alley), the Weiner Riesenrad Ferris wheel, and also the Liliputbahn (narrow gauge railway). Access is free of charge and prices for individual attractions vary between 1,50€ and 5,00€ depending size and genre.

Spanish riding school guided tour: Traditional riding school for Lipizzan horses, which perform in the Winter Riding School (Winterreitschule) in the Hofburg. Not only is it a centre for classical dressage, the headquarters is a tourist attraction in Vienna that offers public performances as well as permitting public viewing of some training sessions. Tour of Bratislava Vienna and Bratislava are two European capitals located relatively close to each other. Use the short distance to your advantage and visit Bratislava while you’re in Vienna. You’ll take a cruise down the Danube River from Vienna to Bratislava, a chance to enjoy the spectacular countryside surrounding the Danube River. Once you get to Bratislava, you’ll be picked up by a guide who will take you around town showing you the most important landmarks of the city. Once the tour is over you’ll have free time to explore the city on your own or grab a bite to eat. (from 60€ per person)

Day 7: VIENNA

After breakfast at the hotel you will be picked up and transferred to the airport for your flight.
