HCC Reaches 5 Star Rating! The Health Care Center was recently recognized with a 5 star overall quality rating by the Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services. This is the highest score given to care centers. The score is comprised of three components: health inspections, staffing, and quality measures. These ratings are a testimony to our hard work and high standards. We continue to strive to provide the highest quality care for our residents.

Plymouth Place Staff: Margo Gilbert: Marketing/Sales Leader Margo Gilbert has followed a fascinating path from a childhood dream of being a veterinarian to a sales lead member of the Plymouth Place team. Margo grew up in Phillipsberg, N.J. with her parents, a brother, fourteen years her senior, a beloved grandmother and her great aunt. Her upbringing gave her an early appreciation and innate ability to develop positive relation- ships with older adults. After moving to Naperville while in high school, Margo graduated from Benet Academy and later Mundelein College (now part of Loyola Universi- ty) where she met her future husband, Jim. After graduation, she and Jim married and lived in Chicago where she worked as a media buyer for a com- mercial ad agency. The couple later moved to Lisle and she changed careers. She was one of only two women at Dresser Industries working as a liaison between the field engineers and production facilities. After three years her first son was born prematurely, weighing less than two and a half pounds. While interacting with hospital staff, she became interested in the healthcare profession and took post-graduate work in science at Benedictine University. After the birth of her second and third sons, Margo took a part-time job as a LaSalle Bank manager in the Devonshire Senior Living facility in Lisle. There she found her true passion was in working with seniors, not banking. Subsequently she became department head for sales and marketing at Lexington Square in Lombard and Elmhurst where she worked for over ten years. In 201l she was hired by Greystone, the company handling early sales and marketing for Plym- outh Place. Margo and Jim dote on their new eight month old granddaughter, Aubrey, who lives in Chica- go's Logan Square. Margo also is a volunteer for the As Good As Golden Retriever rescue group, is an avid gardener, refinishes furniture and loves entertaining, concert-going music and the theater.
