VII. Discussion 1. How do you share the information gathered in GA to your chapter? a. Alpha Gamma Omega: Take the minutes and circle the relevant information to tell the chapter at the start of every meeting. b. Sigma Tau Gamma: Take note of public events and encourage members to go to them, along with other important information c. Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia: Take information to specific chairs as needed and let chapter know about community events d. Pi Kappa Phi: Delegate serves as the secondary form of communication to the chapter e. Alpha Sigma Phi: Tell officers during executive meeting what they need to know, then share community events at end of chapter 2. Open discussion for community problems a. Phi Mu Alpha: There is no or very limited communication between the fraternities especially smaller interest based fraternities, try to plan things more in advance so that people can plan ahead to attend b. Triangle: There are a lot of events that are geared toward the general population, look into something more oriented toward special interest fraternities c. Carter Hill: Make sure that guests know risk policies for formal not just members d. Alpha Sigma Phi: Making sure there’s several sober monitors who are visible throughout the weekend at formal e. Sigma Pi: Find a more designated way to appoint sober monitors for sober monitors during social events. f. Sigma Nu: They pass out to every guest and member during check in the risk chairs name and phone number g. Alpha Gamma Rho: Don’t do overnight formals, brothers usually keep it together more and it is easier to communicate to dates because there aren’t as many people in attendance h. Theta Chi: They go through risk plan as an entire group i. Alpha Gamma Omega: It would be cool to see less philanthropies happen at chapter facilities. Let’s try to get more community population (general students and members of the Fort Collins community)
