Concrete Finisher/Laborer Preston Company- Tri Cities TN

Job Type: Full-time

Required experience:

• Construction: 5 years

Duties and Responsibilities but are not limited to:

• Read Blueprints – Layout work • Setting form work • Installing wire mesh • Raking rock or concrete • Placing concrete • Skilled at forming curbs, driveways, sidewalks • Quality interior and exterior concrete finishing applications • Ability to , bull/hand float and tying • Operate properly (understand patterns) • Use saw to cut control joints • Work in a team environment • Operate forklifts, bobcats and other machinery • Knowledge of other skills a plus

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license - Work is within a 30-mile radius of the Tri Cites region. • Proven experience in commercial/industrial • Good communication skills • Positive and productive work attitude • Pre-employment drug screening and background check • Ability to work over-time as needed • Ability to lift 50-75 lbs • Must be physically able to work in a variety of weather conditions which include, but are not limited to, extreme heat, humidity, rainfall, complement of all seasons, combined with varying starting and stopping times.
