Top the glass off with cream. Todd the Grasshopper At the cafe I managed, an iced or blended grasshopper was always a summer favorite. Something about sweet chocolate and cool mint is so satisfying and refreshing on a hot day. For this drink, I put a new twist on an old favorite by using Toddy cold brew concentrate and adding a little something of my own, white chocolate (my not-so-secret, favorite, ingredient). Enjoy! Served in a traditional martini glass COCKTAILS £7.95 MARGARITA Tequila shaken with Cointreau and fresh lime juice. Served straight up or on the rocks. SEX ON THE BEACH Vodka and peach schnapps layered on top of ice, topped with orange and cranberry juice. Finished with a dash of grenadine. PINA COLADA A tropical combination of Havana coconut white rum, pineapple juice and cream. LONG ISLAND ICED TEA Vodka, gin, tequila, rum and Cointreau mixed with fresh lime juice then layered on top of Pepsi cola. SHARK BITE A shot of Chambord and grenadine served under a cocktail of tequila, lemonade and blue curacao. Slowly lift up the shot glass to see the ‘shark bite’. SHOOTERS £5 JAM DOUGHNUT Baileys layered on top of Chambord with a sugar crusted rim. Pump up the jam JGER BOMB Jägermeister in a shot glass dropped into half a can of energy drink.
