Post-painting DOLUFLEX® panel can be liquid post-painted. As standard, all coating techniques that do not exceed the threshold of 80 °C are suitable.

Pre-painting - Prefinished surfaces DOLUFLEX® panel can be produced directly using industrially pre-painted aluminum sheets, powder or liquid, or pre-finished with multiple opportunities to decorum (such as wood, stone and many others). These materials are produced by specialized suppliers. In this case the surface is protected with a peel-able PVC Coverings DOLUFLEX® panel can be covered with various materials. Also in this case the surface is protected with a peel-able PVC film which prevents damage during the production, from the processing to the assembly on site.

The most used anodizing color is natural silver but, upon request, other colors are available.

Mirror finish This finish is obtained by producing DOLUFLEX® panel from aluminum with mirror surface sheet made through a special anodizing process. Otherwise, in order to ensure more use resistant finishes it is possible to cover the panel with polished or super-mirror stainless steel sheets.

DOLUFLEX® panels is mainly made of aluminum, but can be also made of galvanized or stainless steel. SHIPBUILDING
