Indonesian scientists are eligible for the Borlaug Fellowship Program since 2008 and for the Global Research Alliance Program since 2010. Up to now there are 20 Indonesian scientists received the award in the field of plant genetics, climate change, cocoa pest prevention, aquaculture, nanotechnology, agricultural extension, postharvest techniques, and reducing greenhouse gas emission.
